Julia Di Natale '22 created her Bryant path as an International Business major with a double concentration in Marketing and Global Supply Chain Management and a minor in French. She is a member of the Bryant Senior Advisory Council (BSAC), President of the International Business Association, Omicron Delta Kappa Vice President of Operations, and an accomplished member of the Honors Program, accepted into two major academic conferences- one national and one international- while working on her Honors Thesis.
She participated in the Honors Program trip to Seattle and shared the experience through an Instagram takeover Oct. 25. Julia also welcomed Grant Thornton Visiting Executive Masaaki “Mike" Kotabe, Ph.D., to campus, traveled to Orlando and presented at the Society of Marketing Advances 2021 Annual Conference, Make 'em Saying "WOW:" How Marketers Are Wowing Customers, before quickly flying back to Bryant to deliver a remote presentation for the 2021 Global Fashion Management Conference in Seoul. After these conferences, she will continue her research and data collection with her advisor, Assistant Professor of Marketing Ganga Urumutta Hewage, Ph.D., with the ultimate goal of having their work published in an international marketing journal.
A first-generation university student, in Julia’s four years on campus she has also held positions as Vice President and then President of the Student Honors Council and as the program's Social Media Coordinator and Senior Office Assistant.
When asked what it means to "Be Bryant", she says, “To 'Be Bryant' means to discover your full academic and professional potential. Bryant is the place to break your inner boundaries and step outside of your comfort zone… you will be able to engage in experiences that allow you to shine and develop credentials for your personal success story.”
