What a great day for Bulldogs. On Wednesday, October 22, 2025, the Bryant community came together and—within 24 hours—8,191 alumni, parents, friends, faculty, current students and staff contributed more than $2.9 million to Elevate What’s Possible for Bryant students.

“Thank you to everyone who made this day a resounding success,” says Bryant University President Ross Gittell, Ph.D. “Your support ensures we can deliver exceptional outcomes for our students and accelerate our momentum as we embark on a bold new path together.”

This year’s eighth-annual Bryant Giving Day set a new unique-donor record—up 52% over last year—and unlocked an additional $250,000 in donor-funded challenges for the Bryant Fund and Scholarships after the 5,500th donor made their gift. In total, 9,611 gifts supported 110 funds and university priorities, with the Bryant Fund, Black & Gold Athletics, and Scholarships leading the way.

The vibrant campus energy and online engagement both drove powerful momentum and excitement throughout the day. Students celebrated in the Unistructure Rotunda and the Business Entrepreneurship Leadership Center with treats, raffles, and games.

Trustees helped channel participation through targeted challenges and leaderboards that sparked friendly competition which paved the way for success throughout the day. Their leadership drove support to areas across the university including Applied AI and Innovation, Books for Bulldogs, Scholarships, Leadership Initiatives, and Community and Belonging. Together, these priorities translate participation into immediate classroom, lab, and student-support impact this academic year.

Inspired by team challenges and the Black & Gold Leaderboard, donors strengthened student-athlete experiences by enhancing training, academic support, travel, and supporting the day-to-day needs that fuel success in competition and in the classroom.

Advocates amplified the day’s reach. A total of 766 Bryant Giving Day Advocates—10% more than last year—raised over $300,000 by mobilizing their networks and timing appeals around IMPACT Hours and All-Day Challenges to stretch every gift further.

“This phenomenal achievement reflects our community’s generosity and passion for Bryant,” says David C. Wegrzyn ’86, P’23, Vice President of University Advancement. “We’re grateful to every donor who stepped up to make a difference in the lives of our students.”

“Our results reaffirm that the Bryant community goes above and beyond,” adds Nora Marzocchi, Senior Director of Annual Giving and Donor Relations. “Thank you for helping us Elevate What’s Possible this year!”
