International Business Education Consortium to hold major conference at Bryant University

Bryant University will host the 2022 Fall Governance Meeting of the Consortium of Undergraduate International Business Education (CUIBE) October 20-22, bringing accomplished educators and administrators from some of the best International Business (IB) programs in the country to campus to collaborate with Bryant’s faculty and staff. A partnership between schools and universities with undergraduate International Business programs, CUIBE works to facilitate best practices and share experiences and lessons learned in the building and management of high quality undergraduate International Business education programs.

The conference will feature discussion panels, presentations, and interactive sessions on a range of topics including International Business pedagogy, student international experiences, and faculty development.

Extensive study abroad and travel opportunities, combined with globally oriented coursework and intercultural events, aid students in understanding the dynamic intersections of different cultures, economies, and ideas. The University’s AACSB-accredited International Business program continues to rise in prominence with a No. 18 ranking in the U.S. News & World Report 2023 College Rankings, jumping 7 places since its first time on the national list in 2020.  Bryant is also participating in the American Council on Education (ACE) Internationalization lab initiative and working with partner  schools across the country to enhance global engagement.

Established in 2003 with the aim of promoting, enhancing, and fostering innovations in the delivery of International Business education CUIBE has since expanded to more than 30 partnering schools worldwide and more than half of its members institutions rank among the top IB programs in the nation. Through research, publications, and seminars, CUIBE disseminates its wealth of knowledge among partner schools as well as to the broader academic community.
