Kevin Keith Martins, Ed.D., is Assistant Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. A member of President Ross Gittell's cabinet, he is responsible for coordinating Bryant's institution-wide efforts.

He previously served as Special Assistant to the President for Inclusive Excellence and Director of the PwC Center for Diversity and Inclusion. He has also chaired the Student Athlete Diversity and Welfare Committee, the Council for Inclusive Excellence, served as a board member on the University Conduct Panel, and serves on the Bias Incident Committee, the Diversity Council of Champions, and the Sophomore International Experience Review Committee. 

Before joining Bryant in 2014, Martins was the Student Conduct Coordinator at the University of Rhode Island. He also was a Graduate Assistant Hall Director and Special Projects Coordinator during his time at the University of Rhode Island.

Martins holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from Johnson & Wales University, and a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Rhode Island.
