Graduates from Bryant University’s Class of 2025 achieved the strongest return on investment in university history, according to new data from its Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Strategy.
The analysis shows a median starting salary of $77,000 within six months of graduation — the highest on record — with 98 percent of graduates either employed or pursuing advanced degrees during that same period.
Graduates secured roles at companies including Fidelity Investments, PwC, EY, State Street Corporation, PepsiCo, and Oracle Corporation. Others continued their studies at institutions such as Cornell University, Boston University, New York University, MGH Institute of Health Professions, Georgia Institute of Technology, and the University of Nottingham.
“These outcomes reflect the value of a Bryant education and the University’s top 1% return on investment,” said Bryant University President Ross Gittell, Ph.D. “Our graduates are entering the workforce with the critical skills and experience for career success. Their strong placement after graduation speaks to the power of combining rigorous academics with meaningful campus and real-world experiences.”
This outcomes data, he noted, reaffirms recent national recognition from organizations including The Wall Street Journal, LinkedIn, and U.S. News & World Report. The Georgetown University Center on Education and the Workforce ranked Bryant in the top 1 percent nationally for return on investment, and QS Quacquarelli Symonds awarded the university a five-star rating.

Provost and Chief Academic Officer Rupendra Paliwal, Ph.D., credited Bryant’s faculty and interdisciplinary, industry-informed curriculum with preparing students to address real-world challenges.
“We are intentional about how students learn — through collaboration, problem-solving, and engagement with emerging fields like AI,” he said. “That approach ensures they can think critically, adapt quickly, and contribute in meaningful ways to their employers and their fields.”
Career preparation begins for Bryant students with a first-year course and continues throughout their four years with professional development offerings that aid future leaders in cultivating their experience, skills, and confidence, so they enter the workforce ready to contribute. The university's Amica Center for Career Education connects students with internships, employers, and opportunities that lead to jobs after graduation and aids them in forging individualized paths to success through coaching, employer partnerships, and hands-on learning opportunities. A 50,000-strong alumni network and industry partnerships provide a world of connections.

A Bryant education not only opens doors to opportunity but provides the skills, confidence, and perspective needed to pursue meaningful, fulfilling careers.”
The Class of 2025 is also narrowing the gender wage gap, achieving a 95 percent female-to-male earnings ratio, compared to 82 percent nationally. In addition, Pell Grant recipients within the Class of 2025 reached a record $73,850 median starting salary, a four percent increase over the previous year, reinforcing Bryant’s commitment to economic mobility.
