Six new Bryant University Trustees announced

On behalf of the Bryant University Board of Trustees, Board Chair David M. Beirne ’85 recently announced the appointment of six distinguished alumni as new members.

Jaime Lynn Eichen, CPA ’98 is an audit partner in EY’s financial services organization in New York, New York. She has more than 24 years of experience in the asset management industry and provides audit services to private equity funds, venture capital funds, hedge funds, mutual funds, ETFs, BDCs, and investment advisers. Previously, Jaime spent seven years at the SEC, including as chief accountant for the SEC’s division of investment management for more than three years, where her responsibilities included directing the financial reporting, accounting, and auditing practices of registered investment companies and BDCs in compliance with federal securities laws. 

Sharon M. Garavel ’85 is the managing director, operations executive at JPMorgan Chase in Norwalk, Connecticut. In this position, she is head of wholesale lending services operations for all lines of business for JP Morgan Chase, reporting to the Commercial Bank. Prior to this role, Sharon had been employed with GE since 1989, most recently as a company officer and VP of enterprise initiatives at GE Capital from 2013 to 2017.  

Frank M. Hauck ’81, P’08 is the president and GM of banking at NCR Corporation in Bedford, New Hampshire. He is responsible for developing and driving the successful execution of the vision and strategy for NCR’s banking organization. Prior to NCR, Frank served as president, customers and markets at Dell EMC’s infrastructure solutions group in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, from 2016 to 2020.  

Donald R. Quattrucci ’83, P’16 retired in January 2023 from his position as market president for the Florida East market with BNY Mellon Wealth Management in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He had been with the firm since 2013. From 2011 to 2013, Donald served as managing director and market investment executive at US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management. From 1997 to 2011, Mr. Quattrucci was employed by BNY Mellon’s private wealth management group in Providence, Rhode Island, where he served as Rhode Island regional president, managing all portfolio management and new business development activities within the region.  

Raul Villar, Jr. ’89 is the chief executive officer of Paycor, a human capital management company that provides HR and payroll technology to small and medium-sized organizations in Cincinnati, Ohio. From September 2015 to July 2019, Raul served as the chief executive officer of AdvancedMD, a medical software and services company. He was ranked #33 on The Healthcare Technology Report’s “Top 50 Healthcare Technology CEOs of 2019.”

Jake Williams ’23, Bryant University’s 2023 Recent Alumni Trustee, is from Peabody, Massachusetts. As a double major in Finance and Information Systems with a minor in Applied Analytics, Jake accepted a position at John Hancock/Manulife’s competitive two-year Investment Banking Rotational Program, in Boston, Massachusetts. While at Bryant, Jake was captain of the Men’s Swimming Team, co-chair of the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and a member of the Bryant Senior Advisory Council. In addition, as a portfolio manager of the Archway Investment Fund, he actively managed Bryant University’s student-run equity portfolio worth more than $2 million.
