Though it will look different than in past years, the Women’s Summit is expected reach a record number of participants, thanks to an innovative reimagining of the event with the help of several sponsoring corporate partners. Led by Platinum-level sponsor Amica Insurance — an annual Women’s Summit sponsor since 2003 — the event will leverage the emerging strengths of online business and educational environments, thanks to generous support from more than 20 sponsoring corporations.

This year’s theme — Resilience and Growth — is reflected in efforts to meet the challenges of providing a vibrant conference experience despite pandemic-related restrictions.

Designed with input from sponsors, the virtual event will utilize a new web browser-based platform that will provide continuity for attendees and allow for break-out sessions and seamless networking opportunities for individuals and small groups.

Sponsors can share information via virtual exhibition booths where attendees can meet with company representatives via livestreaming. The virtual format also allows attendees and sponsors to return to the site following the conference to view additional sessions that they could not attend live. “The beginning-to-end user experience will be simple and welcoming,” says Leah DeCesare, Women’s Summit Chair.

“We’re taking full advantage of the benefits of a fully virtual platform, with no space or geographical restrictions, to bring the same high-quality content that people have come to expect from the Women’s Summit.”

Along with attracting a diverse group of professionals, including early and mid-career professionals and senior- and executive-level leaders, this year’s event will be accessible to more students than ever before. Thanks to generous support from the new Diamond-level sponsor Bank of America, complimentary registration will be offered to targeted high school students and guidance counselors throughout the country.

Women’s Summit sessions offer insights and expertise from a broad range of thought leaders and industry experts, with topics that include leadership, communication, finance, entrepreneurship, personal branding, diversity and inclusion, health and wellness, technology, career advancement, and more.
