Will Tondo ’19, co-founder of the House Enterprise podcast network, was recently named to Rhode Island Inno’s 5 under 25. The list shines a spotlight on Rhode Island-based entrepreneurs who are finding new ways to innovate within their industries.

Tondo, who is also a Project Manager at TechTarget as well as a photographer and digital marketing consultant, started House Enterprise with fellow Bryant alum Jake Zimmer ’19 in 2020. Since then, it has grown from a single podcast devoted to sports, beer, and business to now include more than 40 creators who produce more than a dozen shows.

“We’re building something special at House Enterprise and I can’t wait to share what’s in store for the new year,” says Tondo.

A Marketing major who also graduated with a double minor in Communication and Finance, Tondo says Bryant faculty members like Lecturer Chris Ratcliffe and Associate Dean of the College Diya Das "introduced me to so many new ideas and made me excited to see what else would be in my future.” He cited his Global Foundations of Business course, in which students create a business plan to address a global need, as especially formative.

Beyond his studies, Tondo’s time at Bryant aided him in preparing for future success. Serving as Editor-in-Chief of the Archway student newspaper helped him learn how to effectively tell stories and the University’s chapter of the Collegiate Entrepreneurship Organization aided him in developing an entrepreneurial mindset and gaining the skills to one day run his own business. “Bryant offers you so many opportunities,” Tondo notes. “There’s so much to take in.”
